Recent Legislation Affecting Minnesota's Voting Laws

The legislature passed legislation to put on the November ballot a constitutional amendment to require voters to show a government-issued photo ID in order to vote. If approved by voters, the legislature in 2013 will be charged with passing enabling legislation.
